How soon can a technician come out?

Most service calls are scheduled within 24–72 hours in Calgary and nearby cities. Same-day or after-hours emergency support is available for contract clients.

Which brands and models do you service?

We service all major commercial and residential brands including Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix, Star Trac, StairMaster, Keiser, Cybex, Technogym and more.

How does pricing & warranty work?

We charge a flat diagnostic/first-hour rate, then bill in 30-minute increments. Repairs include a 30–90 day labour warranty depending on the job; OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

What areas do you cover?

Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, High River, Cochrane, Chestermere and surrounding communities. We also serve Edmonton by appointment.

Do you offer preventative maintenance plans?

Yes—various PM programs covering safety checks, calibration, belt/deck care, lubrication, fasteners, and wear-part inspections. PM reduces downtime and extends equipment life.
