HUGE LIFE fitness equipment was created by passionate fitness enthusiasts right here in Calgary, Alberta Canada. Every model of our HUGE LIFE fitness equipment goes through rigorous tests and fine tuning in our equipment test centre (which also doubles as a retail showroom for the public). This means that our products must prove that they hold up in real-world environments before they are released to the market.
The SOS Group & SOS Fitness Services work as brokers for direct-from-manufacture and equipment distributors as well as hold distribution contracts with multiple equipment manufactures. When you request a quote for equipment, we internally compete between our sales and consulting divisions to get you the best deal for the equipment you require. We are also the only equipment provider (that we know of) that doesn't pay a sales commission to our staff. Instead, we provide bonuses based on client satisfaction and service retention. This ensures that your best interest is prioritized over upselling unnecessary equipment or services.
You wouldn't sign a five or six-figure contract without having a lawyer look over it first. For instances that a distributor or manufacture refuses to deal with a third-party consultant, we will advise you, prepare email responses and provide data analysis on the products being offered.
All SOS service clients have their own dedicated SOS Service Manager provided at no additional charge. Think of them as your fitness industry concierge service. It is one email or phone number for all of your equipment needs. Your dedicated SOS Service Manager will schedule regular preventative maintenance visits & coordinate them with your team. They will also take care of all warranty & repair services, maintain service records for insurance and legal purposes, provide asset management services for your equipment & handle any other equipment related tasks as needed. Our SOS Service Managers are trained to work seamlessly with your existing staff & are able to adjust reporting, billing and any other procedures that you may require.
Our business model focuses on service with equipment sales provided as a "value-add" to our ever-growing service client base. Other equipment providers must rely on equipment sales to cover the costs of their showrooms, sales reps & sales forecasting obligations to their manufactures. SOS operates without a showroom- which greatly reduces our overhead. Instead, if clients would like to test out equipment before purchasing, we can take them to any number of our flagship client facilities to not only test the equipment but also talk with current clients openly about the equipment, our service and their overall satisfaction with their equipment decisons. We do not employ commissioned sales reps and do not have obligations to any manufacturer to provide a certain amount of sales each quarter. All of this ensures our overhead is kept to a minimum while providing superior customer service to our over 400 commercial clients. As stated in other parts of our website, all SOS employees are also owners. This ensures that each and every one of us has an invested goal to ensure a long and happy working relationship with each and every one of our clients.
